Troubleshooting steps to take:
- Is my vehicle or smartphone in an enclosed garage or underground building preventing cellular reception to Raven? If yes, cellular connectivity is required for Raven to communicate to the Raven app. If no, go to step 2.
- Manually shutdown Raven. HOW TO SHUTDOWN RAVEN If the restart did not fix the issue, go to step 3.
