How to change your Raven Connected login password

If you still know your password and are able to get into your Web App account https://app.raven.is/en:  From the menu select 'Admin'. Within 'Email and Password' section within User Settings select 'change' to update your password. 

If you forgot or wish to change your password from the sign-in page.  Please go to https://app.raven.is/en on a PC or tablet and select Forgot Password? to initiate a change for your password.

You can also initiate a password change from the Raven Connected mobile app by going to SETTINGS - SIGN OUT - then select SIGN IN and choose Forgot Password.
