How to request transfer of historical cloud data to a new Raven+ device Follow
* IMPORTANT NOTICE: First month of free LTE service is WAIVED when requesting to transfer historical cloud data to a new Raven+ device.
** Requesting this option is only available to current active LTE subscribed Raven Connected customers that purchase a new Raven+ device to upgrade their active LTE subscribed Raven Connected dash camera.
*** This option can take up to 5 business days to process upon Raven Connected receiving the email request via support@ravenconnected.com.
ACTIONS REQUIRED to proceed:
1) Please request transfer of historic cloud history BEFORE activating your new Raven+ unit. We cannot process the transfer request if you activated your new Raven+ device.
2) Please send the active LTE subscribed Raven Classic serial number (1RVNxxxxxxxx) and also provide the new Raven+ serial number (1RVPxxxxxxxx) to support@ravenconnected.com from the email associated with the active Raven Classic account.
3) When your request has been processed, Raven Connected will inform the customer to connect and power on their new Raven+ unit. The new device will auto-provision and take up to 25 minutes to register successfully.
Email support@ravenconnected.com if it does not successfully auto-provision.
