How do I get videos off Raven?

The Raven service plan enables users to retrieve videos off of the device in several ways without pulling the device from the vehicle. For more information on Raven's video types, see the spotlight. If none of the available remote options are available to you, try the options below.

 

There are three ways to get all the videos off Raven if none of the remote cloud options are what you're looking for:

1) Micro-USB 2.0 with data capability to connect directly to a Windows based computer.
2) Micro SD card on any computer.  (SD adaptor required.)
3) Mobile App via WiFi-Direct to retrieve the short videos and time-lapse videos only.  No cellular data required but the car should be engine ON otherwise Raven will go into parked mode and turn its WiFi-Direct connection OFF after 5 minutes of the engine turning off.
