Cloud Video Follow
Learn all about Cloud Video by reading the feature spotlight.
What it is
Cloud video enables remote video downloads from the Raven device. Raven detects several events from engine start to possible accidents and creates short video clips of each one to be accessible remotely from the web app.
How it works
Raven’s LTE connection enables it to communicate with the cloud. When the internal sensors on Raven detect dangerous driving or an accident, the device marks five seconds before the event and five afterward. If the event is critical (Harsh Braking or Possible Impact events), Raven pushes it up to the cloud immediately. For all other events, the option to upload to the cloud is available.

- Next to the event you’d like to watch or save, click the 'play' icon.
- An opaque icon means that the video is already in the cloud.
- A transparent icon indicates that the video is available for remote download from the Raven.
- To download the footage, click the download button in the bottom right corner of the video feed.
- Cloud video clips can also be accessed anytime in 'Event Review'.
Note: If another event occurs after a speeding or idling event has started but before it ends, a separate “Speeding Ended” or “Idling Ended” event will appear afterward. The “Speeding Started” and “Idling” events display the total duration of each occurrence.
