If you wish to cancel your Raven Connected app account, please email support@ravenconnected.com with your first and last name including the email address associated with the account.
Alternate options to cancel your LTE service
Raven Business Users: Please email support@ravenconnected.com with your first and last name including the email address associated with the account. For specific Raven cancellations, please provide the serial number and vehicle name associated with the Raven LTE subscription.
*** Once your account is deactivated, all features associated with an active LTE service will be terminated at the beginning of your next billing cycle unless requested to terminate immediately. LTE subscription cancellations can take 14 business days to complete.
