How to download short or gestured videos

From the Web App

From either the Vehicle's Tab or the History Tab, open the details panel. 

Select the event of interest. If the footage is still on the device you will be able to request that it be pushed to the cloud for your review. To do so select the Play button from the preview image. Raven will push the event video to the cloud. You will be able to play the video once uploaded. To download an mp4 of the event, select the download button from the preview image.

Note, potentially critical events like harsh braking and potential impact events are automatically uploaded to the cloud for your review.

 

From the Mobile App

When set up, any gesture or event generated videos will automatically download to your phone while you are driving.  

Note: Vehicle must be ON.  Raven is in close proximity to your smartphone.

 Android

1. On the dashboard, tap the Media Manager icon
2. Once in Media Manager, tap the information dialog to grant permission and then follow the in-app instructions to complete.

       

iOS

1. On the dashboard, tap the Media Manager icon
2. Once in Media manager, tap the yellow bar at the top
3. Tap 'Connect to Raven'
4. On the 'Switch to Raven WiFi' tap 'Set WiFi Credentials'.  This will bring you to the iOS WiFi page.  Select your Raven from the list and then paste the password in (it will already be copied for you)
