Multiple Diagnostic Devices

Symptoms:

Running multiple diagnostic devices simultaneously may result in conflicts or inaccurate readings. Examples include falsely triggered diagnostic trouble codes or setting the vehicle alarm off. 

Cause:

Running multiple diagnostic devices simultaneously

Resolution:

Raven devices should not be operated with another diagnostics device in the vehicle. If using Raven, unplug all other diagnostic tools. 

If you're encountering problematic behavior like those mentioned above, an internal diagnostic device may be in your vehicle. If present, Raven's CANBus will need to be disabled to resolve the issue. Reach out to Raven Connected support.
