Performing a Hard Reset manually

1. UNPLUG the Raven device from its power source (either from the Raven’s power port or the vehicle’s OBD port).
   
   
2. PRESS and HOLD the power button on the base of the device for 30 to 60 seconds, until the logo disappears and the screen is black.
   
   
3. RELEASE the button.
4. Wait at least 15 seconds for all LEDs inside the Raven to turn OFF by looking through the vent holes at the bottom of the device.
   
5. RECONNECT power to the Raven device.
6. The Raven device should proceed through its normal boot sequence as shown below.
   

Leaving Unplugged Overnight

1. UNPLUG the Raven device from its power source (either from the Raven’s power port or the vehicle’s OBD port).
   
   
2. Leave it unplugged overnight.
3. RECONNECT power to the Raven device.
4. The Raven device should proceed through its normal boot sequence as shown below.
