How to remove a Raven mount

Here are a couple techniques to help you remove your mount.  It’s important to go slow when removing the mount, especially when it is mounted on your dash.  

If mounted on your dash, ensure it is not hot to the touch. Room temperature is best.

Credit card or plastic putty knife:

• Lift one corner of the mount and start working slowly with the credit card or putty knife to lift the adhesive or mount. 
• Take your time.

Dental floss:

• Lift one corner of the mount and place the dental floss under.  
• Work your way through the mount as if flossing.  
• You may want to lift the mount as you go. 
• Take your time.
