My Samsung Android Phone will not play the videos

Symptoms:

• Unable to play Raven videos on Samsung phone

Cause:

• Some versions of Samsung's Android phones are missing a video codec.

Resolution:

1. Download VLC Player from the Google Play Store.
2. Try to play videos again
3. If issue persists, submit a support ticket.
