I see a map of the world on the dashboard

This can happen if your Raven does not get a GPS lock.  Most commonly related to being parked in an underground garage. Move the vehicle above ground to fix the issue.

If you have just set up your Raven, it may take up to 5 minutes to acquire a GPS lock.
