I see a map of the world on the dashboard

Symptoms:

• I see a map of the world on the app dashboard (as opposed to your Raven on the map in the area it’s located)

Cause:

• This can happen if your Raven does not get a GPS lock. Most commonly related to being parked in an underground garage. 

Resolution:

• Move the vehicle above ground to fix the issue. If you have just set up your Raven, it may take up to 5 minutes to acquire a GPS lock. 
• Ensure Raven is located in an area of cellular service
