Raven's screens are frozen

Symptoms:

• Raven screens are not updating

Cause:

• Raven runs an operating system and like all computers, sometimes it needs a restart or reboot to fix an odd state.

Resolution: 

1. Press the reset button once that is located on the bottom of the Raven device
2. Wait for the screens to turn off and then press the button again

This should resolve the issue. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket.
